As you complete the registration steps you can always reach out to your personal representative with questions or concerns about the program. They are there to help you along the way and make the whole registration process as easy and convenient as possible.

Step 2.

Once you've decided to attend the GREEN Program you should secure your spot on one of our programs by submitting your initial deposit. The non-refundable deposit is $500 and will hold your spot on one of our programs while you process the remainder of the program fee. The Total Program Fee for the GREEN Program is $2,450.

  • You can either pay the entire program fee or break it up into 3 smaller payments.
  1. The initial deposit of $500 must be submitted to hold your spot on our program.
  2. Your second payment will be due 4 weeks after the initial.
  3. The final payment must be received 4 weeks prior to the first day of your program.
  • You can always submit your payments early or combine the second and third payments if you wish. If you choose to enroll in the 3-Part Payment Plan ask your personal representative for a Payment Plan Form.
  • The best way to secure your spot on the trip is by submitting your initial deposit via Credit Card by calling your personal representative. If you can not use a credit card you can also send a personal or bank check.
  • All checks should be written out to "GREEN LLC" and mailed to:

GREEN LLC
2190 Route 27
Edison, NJ 08817

  • Checks are processed upon arrival and normally take about 14 business days. You will be sent a receipt once your payment has been processed. Since spots on our programs fill up rapidly, the best way to secure your spot is with a credit card deposit. Please contact your personal representative and they can guide you through the process.

Step 3.

Start looking for airfare. Students attending a Summer 2012 Program should have flights which arrive at Liberia Airport (LIR).  All flights should arrive in Costa Rica before 2pm on the first day of your program, and depart after 12pm on the last day of your program.  Airfare gets more expensive as time goes on, so try to book your flight early.

  • Keep in mind that our staff will be at the airport between 10am-2pm to greet the student group on the first day of the program. They wear bright green shirts and will recognize you upon arrival.
  • Please make sure your flight arrives during the designated timeframe (10am-2pm on the first day of your program).
  • If you choose to arrive before 10am on the first day, please keep in mind that our staff will not be at the airport to greet the group until 10am.
  • If your flight gets delayed past 2pm, one of our staff members will remain at the airport to wait for your arrival so that you are not traveling alone at any time. However, flight delays may result in additional transportation costs for you in order to get from the airport to our first hotel.

Good sources of affordable airfare include: kayak.com, studentuniverse.com and tripadvisor.com

Your personal representative is there for you to help book appropriate airfare as well as review your flight itinerary before you complete the purchase. Please reach out to them with any questions or concerns regarding flights.

Once you've booked your flight you must submit it via the form below.

Step 4.

Complete your Travel Documents, which include our Code of Conduct, Safety Regulations and other program policies.

Submit your Health & Medical Forms which must be signed by your physician. Get these in early so you don't have to worry about getting an appointment with your doctor last minute.

Please download the forms below and complete them prior to submitting Step 5 - Student Roster. You will not be able to submit the student roster without these forms completed and ready for upload.

Summer 2011

I can honestly say these past 12 days were some of the best days I’ve ever experienced.  The perfect balance of adventure, education, and nightlife made this trip an unforgettable part of my life.  I definitely plan on coming back to Costa Rica in the future, and I hope I can use what I leaned here to benefit others and myself.  I strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of this incredible opportunity because you definitely won’t regret it.
